This course is designed to help understand the importance of screening and assessing the appropriateness of mediation for the parties. In addition, you will learn tools and skills so that your clients can participate safely and effectively. April 25th and 26th will be Domestic Violence / Intimate Partner Violence / Power Imbalance training for all family dispute resolution practitioners including mediators and collaborative practitioners. April 27th will be a dedicated role play day for mediators. April 30th will be a dedicated role play day for collaborative professionals and will satisfy the upcoming Advanced Collaborative Professional Designation.
